This Service is available to UK + Ireland Residents Only.

Send us your locked phone and we will unlock it for you.

We have an extensive collection of sometimes very expensive in-house unlocking hardware. Ideal for unlocking phones that cannot be unlocked remotely via code or Log. We have many years experience and our on site engineers can unlock just about any phone on the market.


How much does it cost?

The cost to unlock your phone by post is the total amount on your cart button which included Recorded Special delivery back to your door !!!


How do I pay?

You can pay online or you can send postal order, cheques (you have to wait for cheque to clear), Cash, Or we can contact you once repaired for payment.


How long does it take?

Our turn around time for Repairing is QUICK !!!

We unlock your phone usualy the same day it arrives to us and in most cases we post it back to you the same day too!


How to pack your phone before sending it to us

-Take out your simcard and memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed to unlock your phone.

-Fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.

-Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar.

-Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your completed and signed order form

-We recommend you send your phone special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered and signed for by us safely.

Returns Policy

At FoneFunShop Ltd. we have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return any goods purchased, then please follow the applicable policy detailed below.


Faulty Goods - within 30 Days

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 30 calendar days from receipt, in which to inform us of the fault in order to claim a full refund or exchange, (please note that for our business customers, different terms of sale apply), after 30 days your return will be processed under the terms of the Manufacturers’ Warranty (See below).

Refunds for faulty goods will be issued back to the original payment method.

If your order was only for one item and this item has been returned then the refund cost you paid to receive this order will also be refunded.

If your order contained multiple items and you are not returning all of them, then the cost of shipping your order to you will not be refunded.

Any returns should be marked as "Returned Faulty Item" on the parcel or jiffy bag etc.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if our technicians find a returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item to you ( In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued – i.e. memory card reading faults, item not powering up etc.). In this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Goods outside 30 calendar days shall be issued with a replacement only.

Unwanted Goods - within 14 Days

You (the buyer) pay for return shipping fees.

You can return unwanted items within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the items. In addition to the refund on your items; if your return request is received within 14 days of delivery, and items received within the following 14 days, then we will refund the cheapest, standard delivery option to you, unless there is another item on your order. Outside of 14 days from receipt, refunds for non-faulty returned items will not include the original delivery charge or the cost of delivering the items to us.

For orders outside of the UK Mainland where our Collect+ service is not available we recommend using a postal service that provides proof of delivery and has compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods as returns are NOT our responsibility until they arrive back to us.

If you cannot locate a Collect+ within a reasonable distance from your home or work location then we suggest that you use an alternative courier that provides proof of postage & delivery and suitable compensation for your parcel in the event of loss of damage occurring in transit back to Mobile Fun.

Parcels should be up to 50 x 30 x 30cm and no heavier than 10kg. Please note Collect+ only offers compensation to the value of £100 in the event of loss or damage to a parcel.

If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or charge you a re-stocking fee of 15%*


Returns Exclusions

Unfortunately we cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. This is applicable to product software, phone cases that have been opened from their packaging, and all types of replacement batteries, memory and media cards. Wireless, Wired or VR Headsets are also excluded; this is due to reasons of hygiene. Screen protectors cannot be returned once the protective layer for the adhesive side has been removed.

Unfortunately we cannot refund any unlocking box that has been connected to a PC and used ie. registered, if you register it you own it, as it cannot be resold.

Unfortunately we cannot refund any unlocking box or dongle that has been used to unlock  phone, we contact the manufacturer of the tool returned to check this prior to refunding or cancelling.

Unfortunately we cannot refund or cancel Personalised Orders or Orders Made To The Buyers Specification
Orders containing personalised items or to the buyers specification cannot be cancelled , this includes unlock codes and iPhone unlocks. whereby the buyers IMEI number is considered unique to the order and has no resale value. 
Unlock codes and iPhone unlock services are based on the unique imei number of the customers phone, and are considered as a "made to a consumers specification" order.
These orders cannot be cancelled as they have no resale value.  For example, an unlock code for john's phone would not work on jane's phone, because the 2 phones have different imei numbers. the code would simply fail on all other phones except johns.  We have to order and pay for these codes from our suppliers for the customer once they place their orders online and supply their unique imei number, the codes are no good for anyone else so they cannot be resold to a different customer.

Unfortunately we cannot refund any unlocking box or dongle Activations or Credits.
These type of orders are classed as "Orders Made To The Buyers Specification" as the buyer would supply the Serial ID of their box when placing the order, once the activation or credits have been added to the buyers box it cannot be reversed and refunded.

Unfortunately we cannot refund "One Use Items".
These include unlock clips, spy phones / stealth phones, trackers.

Replacements & Refunds

Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase*.  Refunds by Paypal will be refunded back to the original Paypal payment account.*

Any return that is not accompanied with the returns form or returns reference number will be held by FoneFunShop for 30 days, awaiting the return of the completed form. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.
