Unwanted Goods - within 14 Days

You (the buyer) pay for return shipping fees.

You should inform FoneFunShop Ltd. in writing, within 14 days of receiving your item(s) either by post or by using the contact form of any return request.

You can return unwanted items within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the items. In addition to the refund on your items; if your return request is received within 14 days of delivery, and items received within the following 14 days, then we will refund the cheapest, standard delivery option to you, unless there is another item on your order. Outside of 14 days from receipt, refunds for non-faulty returned items will not include the original delivery charge or the cost of delivering the items to us.

If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or issue a partial refund with a deduction because the item is not fit for resale.  You should only handle the item as if you were in a high street store viewing the item as you normally would. it should not be opened or used.

Orders containing personalised items or to the buyers specification cannot be cancelled , this includes unlock codes and iPhone unlocks. whereby the buyers IMEI number is considered unique to the order and has no resale value. 
Unlock codes and iPhone unlock services are based on the unique imei number of the customers phone, and are considered as a "made to a consumers specification" order.
These orders cannot be cancelled as they have no resale value.  For example, an unlock code for john's phone would not work on jane's phone, because the 2 phones have different imei numbers. the code would simply fail on all other phones except johns.  We have to order and pay for these codes from our suppliers for the customer once they place their orders online and supply their unique imei number, the codes are no good for anyone else so they cannot be resold to a different customer.

Faulty Goods - within 30 Days

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 30 calendar days from receipt, in which to inform us of the fault in order to claim a full refund or exchange or repair exchange, (please note that for our business customers, different terms of sale apply), after 30 days your return will be processed under the terms of the Manufacturers’ Warranty (See below).

Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will conduct a repair, or issue a replacement, or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if our technicians find a returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item to you ( In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued – i.e. memory card reading faults, item not powering up etc.). In this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Goods outside 30 calendar days shall be issued with a replacement or repair only depending on the warranty length of the product.

If a refund is required, Refunds for faulty goods will be issued back to the original payment method.

If your order was only for one item and this item has been returned then the refund cost you paid to receive this order will also be refunded.

If your order contained multiple items and you are not returning all of them, then the cost of shipping your order to you will not be refunded.

Any returns should be marked as "Returned Faulty Item" on the parcel or jiffy bag etc.

Replacements & Refunds

Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase*.  Refunds by Paypal will be refunded back to the original Paypal payment account.*

Where a product develops a fault, a repair or replacement will be offered, as long as the item is within its manufacture warranty timescale.

Riff Box 1.58 - Get Ready For ISP / eMMC Support
Here is JTAG Manager v1.58 with ISP/Direct eMMC support.
To use it, please prepare Your RIFF Box installation folder:
- Rename JTAG Manager v1.56 so You can continue using it if Your account is expired
- Backup Useful plugins folder content because old plugins are incompatible with new Exe, and old exe is incompatible with new plugins.
- Start v1.58 exe and download license (If Your account is not expired)

- Update Box firmware to v1.38
- Download new plugins
Old server will be online for some weeks, so users who dont need or cannot acquire new license can get license if they need it.

Added support for Cortex-A15 and Cortex-A5 cores.

- Updates List is now displayed in alphabetic order (Check Updates button on the Box Service page);
- Small cosmetic change to CTRL+F find form: CTRL+V/CTRL+X operations on ID search field starts search immediately;
- Added Override Embedded Reset Strategy feature: is usefull in rare cases when there are some problems with target
coming out of reset, etc. The feature is accessible via Advanced Settings button on the Box Service page;
- Added Apply NRST before connecting to target (to setup click Advanced Settings button on the Box Service page);
This feature is handy for development purposes especially when working with Qualcomm MCUs - after erroneous H/W config
(most often is 0x45 error code) MSM locks down, to reconnect need to reset power. Enabling this feature simplifies this.

RIFF JTAG - HTC via USB cable supported
Released support for HTC phones based on MSM8x55 CPU, which are enumerated on USB port as “QHUSB_DLOAD” device. Now it’s possible to repair these phones without soldering any wires. Even without opening !

Following models are supported at the moment:
HTC Desire HD (HTC Ace)
HTC Desire S (HTC Saga)
HTC Desire Z (HTC Vision)
HTC Flyer 3G
HTC Flyer WiFi
HTC Evo View 4G
It is possible to force QHUSB_DLOAD mode by disabling Vdd line on eMMC chip. Check Desire S TP info for example. This means, You can work with any MSM8255/MSM8655 based HTC phone, as long as You force it into QHUSB_DLOAD mode.
Follow this procedure if You want to use these updates:

Connect Your phone to USB port and install QHUSB_DLOAD device driver (C:\Program Files (x86)\RIFF Box JTAG Manager\Drivers\32Bit\QDLOADER)
Launch JTAG Manager, select appropriate Model DLL and click desired button
Install “RIFF Box DCCLoader USB Interface” port driver (C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\Drivers_64Bit_WorkedForMe\ Drivers\64Bit\DCCLDR)
If required, repeat the procedure (sometimes required if device is connected for first time)
We will release USB support for rest of the models on these CPU-s in following days.

Samsung S5660 resurrection is simple. Phone is auto powered when USB Data Cable is inserted while battery is inside. If you don’t use USB cable, make sure to hold Power On button during JTAG connection establishing phase.
To resurrect Samsung S5660 do this:
Solder JTAG cable to Samsung S5660 JTAG pads;
Insert battery and connect USB cable to phone and PC;
Make sure Samsung S5660 is selected in the list of models;
Click Resurrect button;
Wait few seconds until software signals a successful operation completion;
Disconnect USB cable, de-solder JTAG wires;

First release of the RIFF Data Exchange Plugin: please download it, and then select it on Usefull Plugins page in the JTAG Manager to read short description about the plugin’s abilities. In short it allows RIFF BOX users to share and use Full Image files in centralized manner without need to waste a lot of time for browsing countless forums. Because of big sizes of Full Image files, we don’t host them, instead users share links to file sharing servers where the files are actually uploaded. (like megaupload.com, rapidshare.com and others) You can browse existent links for required image file or share your image file (by sharing a http link) to help other RIFF BOX users.
If you share image file please take attention to carefully fill file details so for other people this to be an easy task to search for required file (link)

Resurrecting Samsung i607 PDA part is easy. Phone requires battery presence in order to establish JTAG connection. If you additionally connect charger the phone will be auto powered on and there will be no need to press Power on key.
In case you experience connection problems, de-power phone completely, disconnect charger (if it was used), then insert battery, click Resurrection button in the JTAG Manger and immediately (within 0…1 seconds) press Power On key.
To unbrick Samsung i607 PDA part:
Solder JTAG cable to Samsung i607 PDA JTAG pads;
Make sure Samsung i607 PDA is selected in the list of models;
If only battery is connected – press Power On key shortly;
Click Resurrect button;
Wait till software signals a successful operation completion;
Disconnect power supply, de-solder JTAG wires;
Now phone is in bootable condition, that is, even if it does not start up normally, you can flash it using known flashing methods.

11.03.2011 CDMA Huawei C5005 Unbrick – Repair supported
Resurrecting Huawei C5005 is simple. Phone is auto powered on with USB Data Cable connected to the PC. Battery presence is not required; connection can be established with detached board.
Resurrector re-flashes only firmware zone of the phone (0×000000 to 0xBFFFFF).
To resurrect Huawei C5005:
Solder JTAG cable to Huawei C5005 JTAG pads;
Insert USB Data cable into board and PC;
Make sure Huawei C5005 is selected in the list of models;
Click Resurrect button;

Qualcom Generic NAND ESM7xxx DLL released
Resurrector ESM7XXX L41 D04 contains only DCC Loader, thus it is to be used only for operations on DCC Read/Write page in the JTAG Manager.
Embedded DCC Loader is designed to work inside of MCUs internal RAM memory, thus it is not sensitive to external SDRAM configuration or availability or its physical state.
Initial H/W init sequence will setup MCUs PLL0 with these parameters:
L/M/N = 0x41/0x00/0x01;
Global Clock Divisor = DIV4
If you dont know what the L, M, N or Global Clock Divisor parameters are, then just keep in mind:
Highest L values and lowest Global Clock Divisor values will make maximum clocking frequency supplied to the MCUs core and thus DCC Read/Write speed will be maximum fast;
Too high frequency supplied to the MCUs core may result in core overheating or instable operation;

Added feature to temprorarily switch off Device ID check for DCC Read/Write pages operations thus it makes possible to test yet not supported board to be compatible with one of existent DLLs.
For this: when Resurrector Settings is active, the DCC Loader Settings button is transformed into Special Settings button. Click it to setup the ID checking on or off. This setting is discarded to ID Check ON on each startup of JTAG Manager.

Whats new:
•Added optional selection for SPL versions
•Added direct Unlock function without SPL reflashing
As already noted before, the HTC Desire is being shipped now with SLCD display type, instead of previous AMOLED.
Now You can chose SPL version to be used, 0.80.0000, or 0.92.0007. Latest SPL supports both display types, but at the moment this SPL isn’t rooted as we know.
Here is how it works now:
If You want just to repair the SPL, Untick the IMEI and HTC Partition check boxes.
If phone IMEI or eeprom is damaged, You need to tick the HTC Partition and IMEI check boxes, and of course fill out the desired IMEI.
If You just want to unlock phone, without any other repairs, select “Unlock Settings” TAB and press “Unlock” button:
This function will unlock the phone without touching any other memory part.

31.08.2010 Samsung WAVE S8500 Unbrick/Repair boot beta support
This is beta test, and it is not available trough “Check for updates” button.
What You need to repair it ?
- RIFF Box
- Micro USB Cable
- Full charged battery (4.2v)
- CMM + ELF
- Samsung_S8500_PDA.dll
- Pinout
- Multiloader
- USB Drivers
- Firmware files
Procedure:
- Solder RIFF JTAG cable (use very thin wires for PCB, because of battery)
- Insert battery
- Connect Micro USB cable to phone and PC port
- Start the JTAG Manager and select Samsung S8500 PDA from the list
- Switch to “DCC Read/Write” TAB
- Set everything as on photo bellow:
- Press “Read memory” and wait to be finished
- Now switch to “JTAG Read/Write” TAB and press “Connect&Get ID” then “Halt the Target” buttons
- Click “Execute Script” and select CMM file
- Press “Run Script” button
- Ram loader will be uploaded and after its uploaded, phone will automaticaly enter download mode, and detected by PC
- IMPORTANT ! ! ! Now You must disconnect JTAG Cable from RIFF Box
- Start Multiloader 5.62, set “Boot repair” and select Boot files folder
- Press download – and wait for process to be finished
- Now phone contains valid bootloader, and can be flashed, so You can desolder JTAG wires from PCB
To enter download mode hold LOCK+Volume Down + Power on Keys.
Problems which You may have:
- Target not detected – check all wires and tp, check battery, 4.2v is a MUST !
- Wrong DCC answer – low battery, or TCK too high, You can use 100KHz TCK too !
- “It not work” – no idea about this lol
