Solder stations
We supply various soldering equipment and stations to be used for component level work on mobile phones or tablets, such as charging port or IC replacement.

2 IN 1 - This station is built to allow the use of a hot air rework gun and a soldering iron.
RAPID HEATING - No need to wait around for the tool to heat up with its quick heating time of around 10 seconds.
TEMPERATURE - The temperature of the soldering station may be adjusted between 200°C and 400°C and has a 72W quick temperature increase and PID temperature control.
LCD DISPLAY - Fit with 2 separate LCD displays to show the temperature of either the hot air gun or the soldering iron.
AUTOMATIC STANDBY - The default period is 15 minutes, after which the soldering station automatically enters standby mode. The vibrating handle can keep operating. The soldering station will go into sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity. The potentiometer can only function at this point if it is switched on once again.

ADJUSTABLE - Adjustable air flow, large and soft wind volume, easy temperature control, may be used for a variety of functions.
AIR COOLING - The device has an automatic air cooling mechanism that can extend the life of the heating element while also protecting the heat gun.
NO PRE HEATING - As long as the handle is gripped, the sensitive electromagnetic inductor in the handle ensures that the unit starts working right away. The system will return to standby mode once the handle is placed on the holder.
ACCURATE TEMPERATURE - Powerful and quick-to-heat. The temperature may be easily controlled, and it is accurate and steady, with no effect from air flow.
LOW NOISE - The hot air gun is equipped with a vortex brushless blower to reduce the tool's volume and vibrations.

NO WAITING - Say goodbye to long waits for the iron to warm up, this solder station can melt tin in around 2 seconds.
AUTOMATIC SLEEP - This solder station automatically shuts itself off when not in use, to greatly improve the life of the heating element, save power and protect from other risks.
LED VISUALISATION - The built-in LED display makes it easier to see what temperature the iron is currently at and with an adjustable controller to the side it makes it easy to change temperatures smoothly.
SAFE DESIGN - Designed with an insulated silicone sleeve on the handle to minimise scalding, slipping hands and to increase the comfort whilst working.
PORTABILITY - With its small design this station is easily portable and the small size means it wont take up much room on the workbench too.
