• You should always consult the official forums first for any problems you may have.
• Any problems you have usually have the answers waiting for you already, if not you can post questions there and get knowledgeable answers quickly.

Contact Our Engineers Online For Problem Solving

• If you need our help, you can contact us regarding setup problems with tools.
• Our online live help system is monitored between 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri. We also answer emails out of office hours too in the evenings and weekends, so this is a good place to get answers :-)
• Be sure to include any order numbers, transaction id's or ref number form your paper receipt.
• Give as much info as possible, so we can help you better and quicker.
