2UUL PW05 PCB Power Boot Cable 8 in 1 For iPhone 8 to 16 Pro Max DC Power Supply

The 2UUL PW05 is an 8-in-1 PCB power boot cable for powering iPhone logic boards directly from a DC bench power supply. It lets a technician boot and test a board without fitting a battery, so faults can be diagnosed with the board out of the phone.

The set combines 7 board connectors plus one pair of crocodile clips on a single cable. The clips attach to the bench power supply and the matching connector plugs onto the board battery FPC, covering iPhone 8 through to iPhone 16 Pro Max from one cable rather than a drawer full of separate leads.

The cable carries the battery communication protocol, so the board reads a battery serial number and reports power state. This is what allows iPhone 8 and newer boards to boot fully into the system - ordinary power leads without the protocol will often power the board but fail to restart it into iOS.
