The QianLi Middle Layer Reballing Station is a professional reballing fixture designed specifically for the stacked, dual-layer logic boards found in the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. Modern iPhone main boards are built as two PCBs soldered together; when a board fault requires them to be separated for repair, both layers must be precisely reballed before they can be rejoined. This single fixture holds the board securely and works across all three iPhone 17 models.

Supplied with three individual reballing stencils - one matched to each iPhone 17 logic board layout - the station lets you apply a fresh, perfectly aligned array of solder balls to the middle-layer pads.
