The S4 Automatic Soldering Iron Tip Cleaner uses dual infrared sensors to detect a soldering iron tip the moment it is placed in the brush head. The motor starts automatically when a tip is sensed and stops when it is withdrawn - no button to press, no time-out to wait for.

Three adjustable speeds let you match the cleaning action to the job - light brushing for routine tin removal, faster brushing for heavy oxidation. You can switch between automatic sensor mode and manual mode from the control button, and a status indicator light shows when sensor mode is active.

Built-in safety protection cuts motor power automatically if the brush stalls or the motor overloads, protecting the unit from damage and extending its service life. Inside the head, dense pure copper bristles wrap the tip for full 360-degree cleaning, and a high-temperature-resistant soft silicone surround holds the tip safely without deforming under heat.

The cleaning head uses a modular magnetic design - lift it off in seconds for replacement or to empty solder debris underneath, and click it back into place. Compact and lightweight desktop housing runs from the supplied DC adapter, so the S4 sits next to any soldering station or pen-style iron on the bench.
