Our Mail-in Service is available to UK + Ireland Residents Only.
Send us your phone and we will fit a new battery inside it for you.

This price includes the part and fitting.
Be sure to select DPD Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery method when you checkout, as this method guarantees next working day return delivery of your device once repaired and is insured too.
How do I pay?
You can pay online for your repair by card or paypal account.
If you do not wish to pay online, please select telephone payment method when you checkout and we will call you for payment once the repair is completed.
Or if you want to pay by Cheque/Postal Order/Cash, you can select this method too and include the payment with your device when you send it to us.
How long does it take?

What if my Phone cannot be repaired?
We have very good in-house engineers who have a very high success rate of repairing
Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the device may be damaged beyond repair.
If this is the case and we cannot repair the phone, we will return your device to you and refund your payment minus return shipping costs.
If the phone can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.
How do I use the mail-in service?
- After making your order below, you will receive an online order via email, print this out.
- If you pay online print out your payment receipt email too.
- If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or cheque, include this with your order form.
- Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar.
- Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your order form and payment.
- Send your phone to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your device is delivered to us safely.

- Once we receive your phone, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Progress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job.
- Once repaired we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your phone to you. We will also email you your tracking number too.

Walk-in Repair Service
Our store is in Sheffield, maybe you would prefer to pop into the shop and get the job done. Most phones can be repaired same day and cost is normally cheaper there are no postal costs. Our address and opening times are here
