Most jobs are completed with 1-3 working days depending on Screen stock availability for your model.
How long is the warranty?
We offer a 6 month warranty on our Screen repair service, this warranty covers manufacturing faults, it will not cover any sign of wear or physical damage.
How do I use the mail-in service?
- Complete your purchase online as normal, you will receive an invoice via email, print this out. (if you dont have a printer, write your name, address and invoice number on a piece of paper instead)
- Take out any simcard and/or memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
- Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar, and place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your invoice.
- Send your phone to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely. (you pay the postage to send it to us)

- Once we receive your phone, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Progress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job.
- Once repaired we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your phone to you.
Walk-in Repair Service
Our store is in Sheffield, maybe you would prefer to pop into the shop and get the job done. Most phones can be repaired same day and cost is normally cheaper as there are no postal costs.
