• Free collection & return — within 5 miles of the shop. Free on our Tuesday and Thursday routes, or £14.99 if you need it collected the same day. Check your postcode.

How long does it take?

Most repairs are completed in 1–3 working days, depending on screen stock for your model. Common models we keep on the shelf are often same-day if you walk in. We'll tell you which applies to your phone before you commit — not after.

What you get

• A new screen fitted by an experienced technician, not a kiosk.
• Every function tested before it goes back to you — touch, brightness, camera, speaker, proximity sensor and fingerprint reader where fitted.
• Your data untouched. We don't need your passcode for a screen replacement in most cases, and we'll always ask rather than assume.
• An honest answer if we find something else wrong. We ring you with a price first — you're never charged for work you didn't approve.

Six month warranty

Every screen we fit is covered for 6 months. If the screen develops a fault — dead touch, lines, backlight failure, lifting — bring it back and we'll put it right.

The warranty covers the part and our workmanship. It does not cover physical damage: if the new screen is dropped, cracked, crushed or water damaged, that's a new repair. We'll always tell you honestly which one you're looking at when we open it up.

Choosing your model

Folding screens

Z Fold and Z Flip models are listed with inside and outside screens priced separately, because they're different parts and different jobs. If you're not sure which one is damaged, send us a photo and we'll tell you.
