Faraday Bags for Car Keys

Keyless car fobs constantly give out a short-range signal. Thieves can boost it with relay equipment to unlock and start a car without the key. Keeping your fob in a Faraday pouch blocks the signal, so it can't be relayed.

  • Single-fob pouches: VKS1 (12cm x 10cm), Disklabs KS1 and KS1U (about 12cm x 11cm) and the pocket-friendly pouch (13.5cm x 9cm), also sold in packs of 2, 3 and 10.
  • Bigger bags for several fobs: Disklabs KSH Key Shield Home (14cm x 23cm), the FWR fob bag (fits up to 2 fobs), the large Fob Guard and the family-sized bag for 3 or 4 fobs.
  • Dual use: the Disklabs PS1/PS3 and VKPS1 phone shields also take a fob on a keyring.

Disklabs key shields carry the Police Approved Secured by Design certification.
