Reballing Stencils & Stations

Reballing stencils are needed to clean up and reball a chip that has been removed and needs replacing, or to ball a new chip ready to be fitted to a phone logic board.

These stencils are placed over the chip, reballing paste and heat is applied, the result is a very tidy and well balled chip, ready for fitting on the phone logic board.
