Walk-In Service — Sheffield
- Pop into the shop at 132 Handsworth Road — no appointment needed.
- Most aftermarket screens are fitted the same day, often while you wait.
- Pay in store — and with no postage, walk-in is the cheapest way to get fixed.
Fix-By-Post — UK & Ireland
- Order this service online and print your order confirmation email.
- Remove your SIM card and keep it. Charge the phone if you can, then switch it off.
- Having genuine parts sourced from Apple fitted? Turn OFF Find My iPhone first — Apple diagnostics need it off to complete the install.
- Wrap the phone in bubble wrap, add your printed order, and post it in a padded envelope by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the address below.
- We email you the moment it arrives, with a link to our online progress checker so you can follow your repair.
- Once repaired you receive a final repair report by email, and your iPhone comes back by tracked post.
How long does it take?
Aftermarket screens are fitted the same day. Genuine parts sourced from Apple take around 3 days, as we complete the install using Apple diagnostics, tools, and processes.

Are you an Apple Authorised Service Provider?
No. FoneFunShop is an Independent Repair Provider. We are not an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Repairs are carried out by FoneFunShop, not by Apple.
Will my data be safe?
Yes — a screen replacement doesn't touch your data. We still recommend a backup before any repair, as with any hardware work.
Which screen should I pick?
Genuine parts sourced from Apple for the best quality and resale value; OLED for near-original quality at a saving; LCD for the lowest cost on older models. Not sure? Ring us on +44 114 243 7800 and we'll advise.
What if my iPhone has another fault too?
Tell us in the order notes — we also fit batteries, charging ports, cameras and more, and can quote you before doing any extra work.
Will this keep my Apple warranty?

Six month warranty
Every screen we fit is covered for 6 months — the part and our workmanship. If it develops a fault, bring it back and we'll put it right.
The warranty does not cover physical damage: a dropped, cracked, crushed or water damaged screen is a new repair, not a warranty claim. We'll tell you honestly which one it is.
Free collection & return — within 5 miles of Sheffield
Don't want to post it? We'll collect from your door and bring it back — free on our Tuesday and Thursday routes, or £14.99 for same-day collection and return. Check your postcode here.
