Our hydrogel screen protector film is a self-healing, edge-to-edge TPU material that's cut on demand to fit any device - iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, OnePlus, iPad, Galaxy Tab, Apple Watch, Garmin smartwatches, and thousands more. Load a blank into your hydrogel cutting machine (compatible with all major brands - Stigma, ProMaker, Forward, Kingwo, etc.), select the device, and the plotter cuts a perfectly shaped protector in under 30 seconds.
Pack sizes - 10 or 50 sheets per pack
Most of our trade packs contain 50 sheets for high-volume shops. Larger and premium effects (privacy, extra large) are also available in packs of 10 for lower-throughput businesses or as a starter stock-up.
Hydrogel sheet sizes we stock
Small / Standard - 180mm x 120mm: covers all phones up to ~7" diagonal (iPhone 15 Pro Max, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Pixel 8 Pro and everything smaller). The most popular size by volume - we sell these by the pack of 50.
Large - 300mm x 200mm: covers small to mid-size tablets (iPad mini, Galaxy Tab A) and the back of phablets. Available in packs of 50 (clear, anti-blue) and packs of 10 (privacy).
Extra Large - 405mm x 303mm: full iPad Pro 13" / Galaxy Tab S Ultra coverage. Packs of 10.
Hydrogel finishes we stock
Clear - the standard transparent self-healing finish. Optical clarity, fingerprint-resistant, factory thickness ~0.18mm.
Anti-Blue Light - filters out a portion of the harmful blue-light wavelength from phone and tablet screens. Slight amber tint when viewed off-axis. Popular with parents, gamers and people on screens all day.
Matte / Anti-Glare - frosted finish that diffuses reflections and gives a paper-like feel. Hugely popular for outdoor users and creators using a stylus.
Privacy - micro-louvre film that narrows the viewing angle so only the person directly in front of the screen can see it. Office workers, train commuters, anyone with sensitive on-screen data.
Privacy Mirror Chameleon - premium effect: privacy film with a mirrored reflective finish that shifts colour with viewing angle. Eye-catching addition to any retail counter.
Printable Vinyl (back-of-device) - blank printable film for custom-photo phone-back personalisation. Pop a customer photo into your printer, cut on the same hydrogel plotter, and you have a one-off phone back skin in minutes.

What's the difference between hydrogel and tempered glass?
Hydrogel film is a flexible self-healing TPU that wraps around curved-edge displays, fits cameras and notches, and resists hairline scratches by "healing" them over a few hours. Tempered glass is rigid and offers better impact protection but doesn't cover curved edges and shatters under hard impact. For modern phones with curved displays and tiny camera cut-outs, hydrogel is the right answer; for traditional flat-glass repairs, tempered glass is often preferred. We stock both in trade quantities.

All bulk hydrogel film is held in stock in our Sheffield warehouse and dispatched the same working day on next-day tracked. Larger orders (5+ packs) can ship on DPD or pallet for discount carriage - contact us for a tailored quote.
