Orders & Shipping
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery starts from £2.64. Orders over £50 ship free to UK addresses. Faster Tracked and Next Day options are available at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight. Most parts, tools and accessories are dispatched same-day if ordered before our daily cut-off.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.
How long does UK delivery take?
UK Royal Mail and Evri Tracked delivery is typically 2–3 working days from dispatch. Next Day services are available for orders placed before our cut-off. Delivery to remote areas can occasionally take a day longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view your order status by logging into your account.
Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Some specialist items (e.g. opened consumables, custom-ordered parts) are excluded. Full details are on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
Do parts come with a warranty?
Yes - all our phone parts and repair tools carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note: wear-and-tear, accidental damage, and incorrect installation are not covered.
What if a part doesn't fit my phone?
Get in touch with us straight away. If you ordered the wrong part for your model we can usually arrange an exchange. If the part is faulty or the wrong one was sent, we'll cover return postage and send the correct part free of charge.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at sales@fonefunshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and process the refund within 2 working days of receiving the returned item.
Phone Repair Service
Do you repair phones in-store?
Yes - we offer same-day walk-in phone repairs at our Sheffield workshop S9 4AE. For common faults like screen replacements and battery swaps, most repairs are completed same day.
Can I post my phone to you for repair?
Absolutely. Our UK Mail-in Repair Service covers the whole country. Contact us first with your phone model and the fault — we'll give you a quote for the repair. Once you approve, post the phone to us and we'll repair it and return it to you. Visit our Mail-in Repair page for full instructions.
How long does a phone repair take?
Most common repairs (screen, battery, charging port) are completed the same day for walk-in customers. Mail-in repairs typically take 2–5 working days from when we receive your phone, depending on the fault and parts availability.
What brands and models do you repair?
We repair iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Sony, and most other major brands - plus many tablets. Over 10,000 phones repaired since 1994. If you're unsure, contact us with your model and the fault.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes - every repair is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault returns within that period and it's down to our workmanship or a defective part we supplied, we'll fix it free of charge. Note we will not warranty any type of physical damage.
Do you repair water-damaged phones?
Yes - we offer water damage diagnostics and repair. Outcomes vary depending on how long the phone was submerged and whether you tried to power it on after the damage. Get in touch quickly for the best chance of a successful repair.
Can you recover data from a damaged phone?
In many cases, yes. Data recovery success depends on the type of damage and the phone model. Contact us with your phone's make, model, and the fault, and we'll let you know what's possible and the likely cost.
Products & Compatibility
How do I know which part fits my phone?
Each product listing shows the compatible phone models in the title and description. If you're unsure, contact us with your exact model number (e.g. iPhone 14 Pro Max A2894) and we'll confirm which part you need.
Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?
We stock a range of both - including OEM-quality refurbished, premium aftermarket, and budget aftermarket. The quality grade is shown on each product listing so you can choose based on your budget and the repair you're doing.
Do you offer trade or wholesale prices?
Yes - we have trade pricing available for established phone repair businesses and bulk buyers. Apply via our Wholesale Application page or contact us with your business details.
Do you sell tools as well as parts?
Yes - we stock a full range of phone repair tools: soldering stations, microscopes, JTAG programmers, opening tools, screw drivers, heat guns, UV curable solder masks, and much more. Browse our Repair Tools collection.
Payment, Accounts & Contact
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Bank transfer is available for trade accounts on request.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes - VAT invoices are issued automatically for all UK orders and are available in your account. Our VAT number is GB 817558306.
