iPhone Face ID Repair Service

Face ID not working? We repair iPhone Face ID by transferring your original Face ID components onto a new flex. This is not a genuine Face ID module sourced from Apple — we reuse the parts already paired to your iPhone.

Symptoms include:

• Your iPhone says “Face ID Is Not Available”
• Your iPhone says “Face ID Is Disabled”
• Face ID freezes when you try to scan your face

This is often a damaged flex inside the iPhone, from a broken screen or other trauma. We replace the damaged flex and transfer your original components (the ones locked to your iPhone’s logic board) onto the new flex. Your original Face ID parts stay with the phone; only the joining flex is replaced.

We have repaired about 90% of iPhones with this issue. If we cannot repair it, we refund your payment (minus return shipping if you posted it).

The price above includes the part and fitting. There is a small extra delivery charge to send the phone back. Select DPD Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout so the return is next working day and insured.

How do I pay? Card or PayPal online. Or choose telephone payment and we will call you once the repair is done. Cash, cheque or postal order can be included with the phone.

How long does it take? We repair your iPhone within 3 working days of it arriving.

• After making your order, print the invoice email.
• Take out any SIM or memory card and keep it safe.
• Wrap the phone in bubble wrap, place it in a padded envelope with your invoice (and payment if sending cash).

We email you when it arrives and give you a link to our mail-in progress checker. Once repaired we email a final repair report and the tracking number.

Prefer the shop? Walk-in is normally cheaper because there are no postal costs. Address and opening times are here.

If we cannot repair it

If the phone is beyond repair we return it and refund your payment minus return shipping. If it needs extra parts, we call you before doing any extra work.
