Android Smartphone eMMC Dump Data Recovery Service

Phone dead, water damaged, smashed or will not boot? Your photos, videos and messages may still be on the eMMC memory chip inside it. Send us the phone and we will take it apart, read the chip using ISP or chip-off, then go through the dump and give you back your data as readable files.

What you get back

• Folders of recovered photos, videos and documents
• Messages, contacts and call logs exported to readable files such as PDF, HTML or CSV
• A summary report of what we found

What can be recovered depends on the condition of the phone and the chip. We will tell you what we find.

Who it is for

Anyone with an Android smartphone that uses eMMC memory and has stopped working. You do not need any special software or tools, we do the dump and the data extraction for you.

How to get it to us

• Drop off at our shop, 132 Handsworth Road, Sheffield S9 4AE.
• Post it to us. Get in touch first and we will tell you how to send it safely.

If you already have a raw dump of the chip, you can drop it off or post it to us on a memory stick or USB drive instead, and use our Mobile Data Carving Service, which starts from £119.99 inc VAT.

If the data cannot be recovered

Sometimes the damage is worse than expected or the chip itself has failed. If we cannot recover your data we will return your phone to you. This service is non refundable, as it uses expensive tools and skilled engineers.

UK customers only

This service is only available to customers in the UK.

Not for evidential use

This is a data recovery service for private customers and businesses. It is not a police or evidential service, chain of custody cannot be guaranteed, and our results are not intended for court use.

We have over 25 years of experience in the phone trade and have supplied services and hardware to many different organisations over the years. We also sell the JTAG, ISP and chip-off tools used for this kind of work.
