Already have a raw .bin dump from an eMMC, UFS or NAND chip? Most customers make theirs using JTAG, ISP or chip-off tools such as Z3X Easy Jtag, UFI Box, Flash 64 Ultra or MiPiTester. Send it to us and we parse it and extract the data for you.

What we accept
Raw .bin or .img dumps from eMMC, UFS or NAND memory, read using JTAG, ISP or chip-off tools such as Z3X Easy Jtag, UFI Box, Flash 64 Ultra or MiPiTester. If you are not sure whether your file will work, contact us first and we will confirm if that format is OK.
For individuals and small businesses
Carving software such as Cellebrite or XRY costs a lot, and most private individuals and small businesses do not have it. You do not need it. Send us your dump, we run it through our tools and give you back readable files you can open on a normal computer.
Phones that have been written off
A phone that is dead, water damaged, smashed or will not boot can still have photos, videos and messages on its memory chip. Once a dump has been made from the chip, we can often recover that data and give it back to you as readable files. What can be recovered depends on the condition of the chip and the dump.
No tool to dump the chip?
If you do not have the kit to read the chip yourself, drop off or post us the phone or board and we can do the ISP or chip-off dump for you too. We quote the dump per job once we have looked at the phone. Carving the data is still from £119.99 inc VAT on top.
Who it is for
Private customers, businesses, investigators and labs who have a dump but no easy way to turn it into readable data. Police forces are welcome to enquire if they have a dump they cannot get anything out of.
Please note: this is not an evidential service and our results are not intended for court use. We cannot guarantee chain of custody, so please do not rely on our files or report as evidence.

We have over 25 years of experience in the phone trade. We have supplied services and hardware to many different organisations over the years. We also sell the JTAG, ISP and chip-off tools used to make these dumps, so we know the kit you are working with.
How to get your dump to us
Raw dumps are too big to upload, so there are two ways to get your data to us:
- Drop off at 132 Handsworth Road, Sheffield S9 4AE.
- Post it to us on a memory stick or USB drive.

What formats do you accept?

What format will my data come back in?

How long does it take?
It depends on the size and condition of the dump. We will confirm the turnaround when we have looked at it.
I do not have Cellebrite or XRY. Can you still help?
Yes. That is who this service is for. We run your dump through our tools and give you back readable files.
My phone is dead, smashed or water damaged. Can you get my photos back?
Often, yes, once a dump has been made from the memory chip. It depends on the condition of the chip, and we will tell you what we find.
I cannot dump the chip myself. Can you do it?
Yes. Drop off or post us the phone or board and we can do the ISP or chip-off dump. We quote that per job after we have looked at it, and carving is still from £119.99 inc VAT.
How do I send my dump?
Dumps are too big to upload, so either drop it off at 132 Handsworth Road, Sheffield S9 4AE, or post it to us on a memory stick or USB drive. Your stick or drive comes back to you with your results.
What happens to my data?
Your data is only used to carry out the job. Once your memory stick or drive and results have been returned, we delete our working copy.
Is it court admissible?
No. Chain of custody cannot be guaranteed, so this is not for evidential or court use.
How much does it cost?
Carving is from £119.99 inc VAT, and we confirm the final price after we have looked at your dump. If you need us to make the dump as well, we quote that separately per job.
Do you work with customers outside the UK?
No. This service is only available to customers in the UK.
