To access the Battery and replace it on a Phone, the engineers have to remove the screen or back depending on your device.
Now, although they have done this many times successfully, there is always a risk of breaking the Screen or Back Glass in the process.
For us to take on this job, you must be aware that if the Screen or Back Glass did break you would need a replacement Screen or Back Glass depending on your Phone model.

We repair your Device within 1-3 working days after it arrives to us.

 How do I send you my device for repair?

• After making your order, you will receive an online order via email, print this out.
• If you wish to pay via cash, include this with your order form.
• Take out any simcard and/or memory card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
• Wrap your Device in bubble wrap or similar and place it in a jiffy bag, along with your order form.
• Send your device to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your Device is delivered to us safely.

• Once we receive your Device, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Progress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job. 
• Once repaired we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your Device to you.

Walk-in Repair Service
