Use this service to get a new screen fitted in your iPhone by our Apple Trained engineers at our store in Sheffield.

We offer both Genuine Apple Screens and Aftermarket Screens.  
Please select your preferred option before placing your order: Genuine Apple Screen, LCD - Aftermarket Screen, or OLED - Aftermarket Screen.

What is a Genuine Apple Screen?
As an Independent Repair Provider (IRP) for Apple, we have official access to Genuine Apple Parts, training, and software. This means we can order and install authentic Apple screens that meet Apple’s original specifications.

What is an OLED - Aftermarket Screen?
Our OLED Aftermarket Screens are a mid-range option, offering deeper colours and improved contrast compared to LCD screens.
They are also made by reliable third-party manufacturers, providing great quality and value at a lower cost than genuine Apple parts.

What is an LCD - Aftermarket Screen?
Our LCD Aftermarket Screens are a cost-effective alternative to genuine parts.
They are produced by trusted third-party manufacturers, not Apple, but still offer excellent quality and performance at a much lower price.

Note: For iPhone 13 upwards We suggest to use Geunine or the OLED Screens where possible as these are better than LCD and is reflected in the price.

How long does the repair take ?  

After market screens are fitted same day, Apple screens take 3 days

How do I use the mail-in service?

• After making your order, you will receive an online order email, print this out.
• If you wish to pay via cash, include this with your order form.
• Take out any sim card and keep it safe, as this is not needed.
• If possible, fully charge the battery and turn your phone off.
• NOTE: If you are having a genuine Apple screen fitted it is important that you turn off Find My iPhone, as apple software needs this off to complete the install verifications.
• Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar and place in a jiffy bag, along with your order.
• Send your phone to us at the address below via royal mail special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered to us safely.

• Once we receive your phone, we will email you to let you know, and give you access to our unique Mail in Service Progress Checker where you can monitor the status of your job.  Once repaired we will email you a Final Repair Report and return your phone to you.

Walk-in Repair Service
Our store is in Sheffield, maybe you would prefer to pop into the shop and get the job done. Most phones can be repaired same day and cost is normally cheaper there are no postal costs.
