Drop in liquid-to-air performance intercooler engineered for the Mercedes-Benz W205 platform fitted with the M274 2.0t engine, including E Class, E200, E300, GLC and GLE variants. Replaces the OEM unit with a higher capacity, lower restriction core that helps the turbo deliver cooler, denser air to the engine.

Cooler intake temperatures protect the turbo, engine and transmission under sustained load, smooth out heat-soak on hard pulls, and unlock the extra headroom you need when running ECU tunes or pushing the car on track days. The improved thermal stability translates to more consistent power across pulls and noticeably better turbo spool recovery.

Built around 6061 billet aircraft-grade CNC machined end tanks for strength and precision flow management. The unit is finished with a ceramic coating that further reduces heat transfer and gives a clean OEM-plus appearance under the bonnet. Each unit is the result of more than six months of design and testing on the W205 chassis.
