QianLi Super Cam X Thermal Imaging Camera For Phone LogicBoard Fault Detection

The QianLi Super Cam X is a thermal imaging camera for board-level fault finding on phones, tablets and other electronics. Power the logic board, and the camera shows where heat builds up, so a shorted capacitor, leaking line or failing IC can be located quickly before you start removing parts.

It uses an uncooled vanadium oxide (VOx) detector with a 260 x 200 resolution (52,000 pixels), a 7 to 14 micron wavelength range and a 25Hz frame rate. The 42 x 32 degree view covers a full phone board from the supplied stand.

The PC software analyses the thermal image and can compare a known good board with a faulty one, which helps pick out the component running hot. Photos are saved as JPG (640 x 480) and video as MP4.

The camera connects by Type-C to USB and runs from 5V DC with a power draw under 250mW. A QianLi one-button power cable (not included) is a convenient way to power the board under test.
