Overview

The UP-828P Adapter BGA107NP is a chip-off socket adapter for 107-ball BGA packages. It plugs into the UP-828P universal programmer and holds a chip that has been removed from its board, so its contents can be read, verified and written without soldering.

Takes 107-ball memory packages used in mobile and embedded devices. In chip-off data recovery and digital forensics the chip is lifted from a damaged, locked or non-booting device and placed in the socket, and the UP-828P software saves a complete raw image of NAND and multi-chip memory for analysis in your own tools.
